One price per shop, not per person. Lay out sheets free for as long as you like; pay when the shop runs on DayZu.
Free while we're in beta. Every shop gets every plan's features now. We'll e-mail you at least 30 days before we start charging, and nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
Prices are in US dollars, per shop. At checkout you pay in your own currency, with local tax (GST, VAT) added where it applies. * Facebook Messenger opens to every shop once Meta approves DayZu; LINE works now.
Questions about plans
Why per shop and not per person?
A print shop is a team: the counter, the designer, the press. Adding the person on the cutter should never cost more. Each plan says how many people and computers it covers.
What happens to my History after 30 days on Free?
Nothing is deleted. Free shows the last 30 days; older jobs are kept and come back the moment the shop moves to Pro, so a customer who asks for "the same as last year" can still be found.
What is an AI reply?
Each time the AI writes an answer to one of your customers' messages, whether it sends it or leaves it for you to check. The app shows how many the shop has used this month. When they run out, chats still arrive and you answer them yourself.
Do our customers' files go to the cloud on any plan?
No. On every plan, files stay on your computer (or in your browser on app.dayzu.ai). The cloud keeps job cards, customers and invoices, never the artwork.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. A shop that stops paying goes back to Free: nothing is deleted, and History beyond 30 days is hidden until you come back.
Why is it free now?
DayZu is new. In return for using it free, shops tell us what isn't right yet and what they need next, and we fix it fast.
